If you followed the first season of the MTV reality series "Daisy of Love", you will be pretty familiar with Chris "Six Gauge" Kummer. What some of you may not know is that Chris was also the lead singer of a band called Forever Sunday. Well, now Chris has started up another group called "The Chris Kummer Band", but this time Chris moves from rock and roll to country and western. Along with Chris, the band will also feature Landon "Tex" Chase from the CMT reality show "Sweet Home Alabama". Landon was in the third series of the show, which basically is the country and western version of "The Bachelor".

One of the main distinguishing features of "Sweet Home Alabama" is that it pits a group of city guys, versus a group of country guys out to win the heart of a beautiful southern belle. Once the show wrapped, Landon, along with some of the others from this series, was invited to be on a new reality show "Southern Nights" also for the CMT network.

Chris, and Landon will be joined by Josh Young on the bass, and Luc Turner on the drums. The guys are are really excited about working on this new country and western band, and it should be very interesting.
