There's nothing like comfort food at this time of the year. I was really wanting some over Valentine's Day weekend too because I just broke up with my ex-boyfriend about a month ago. So I decided to just find a really good comfort food recipe and whip it up for myself while I watch Lifetime movies in my pajamas. That actually is exactly what I did and it was amazing.
I got the idea to make some chicken fried steak just like my great-aunt used to make and went looking online to find a similar recipe. While I was searching for that, I came across some information about http://www.satellitestarinternet.com/ and after I read through it a little bit, I decided to change over my apartment's internet service to it.
I did track down a chicken fried steak recipe and tried making it. I barely even cook so it was kind of a little cooking adventure and did a good job of keeping my mind off of my ex. It wasn't such a bad Valentine's Day alone.
